Family Bible School is an opportunity to take a deeper look at God’s Word and pray together as we seek further spiritual growth. Youth Nights are a chance to focus on fun and friends, while exploring faith through discussion time- a great chance to invite friends!

Family Bible School is a time each week where students will be able to explore the Bible, discus why it matters, and what it has to do with our daily lives. While the Bible may sometimes seem overwhelming, the goal of Family Bible School is to help students discover the encouragement, wisdom, and love given by God through His Word, as well as spend time in prayer together. This is a time where teens can focus on spiritual growth and challenge through God’s Word.
Youth Nights, Wednesdays, 6:27-8pm Doors open at 6:00pm
EBC Youth Nights are a great mid-week break from the busy daily grind we all experience- a great time to invite friends! Breakaway Middle School and Venture High School groups will each have their own separate chances to connect with peers in a time which focuses on fun, friendship, and encouragement. Each group will come together to enjoy games, snacks, and topical discussions. Each week all teens will combine with the two kids club groups for a time of worship. We’ll be having some special nights throughout the year that will take a break from the normal schedule to celebrate holidays, or to just spend some time having fun enjoying movies or games as a group- so be sure to check out the monthly newsletters to stay up to date!
L.I.G.H.T. Studies: (Let’s Investigate God’s Holy Truth) This is a chance for some of our students who want to dig deeper to gather in a comfortable setting to learn more about following Christ in their daily life! Stay tuned for details on dates, times, and locations! Middle School meets weekly on Tuesday evenings at the tetrault’s home from 7-8pm except school vacation weeks.
Special Events: Throughout the Year, we will have special events to enhance upon the Main Events that are part of EBC Youth Ministry. These are some great opportunities to invite our friends so they can experience the encouragement and fun of our community with activities that will focus on fun and friendship while also growing in faith! SHARE THE LOVE: A part of growing in our faith is taking time to serve others. There are a number of opportunities to serve our neighbors, whether those neighbors are down the street or across the world- we are called to share the love of Christ!
Service and Leadership Team (SALT) Do you want to help EBC Youth Ministry be all that it can be? We are putting an invitation out to all teens who want to serve their peers by taking on helping roles for youth activities. Whether it’s behind the scenes help, or a more visible leadership role, speak with one of your leaders about how you would like to contribute!
Monson Work-camp Mission Trip: July 1-7, 2012, a group of EBC Teens will join students from all over the Northeast in serving in home repair projects in the town of Monson, MA. Our times of service will be coupled with times of fellowship and discipleship, growing in our own faith, while sharing God’s love in practical ways through service. This trip is for students who will be 14 by or on the week of July 1. Interested students should meet with Meg after the Kick-Off Night, and register by Sept. 21. Space is limited, so don’t hesitate to sign up!

Operation Christmas Child: Join our church family in packing boxes for children around the world to experience Christ’s love at Christmas
Christmas Caroling: Bring Christmas Joy to our neighbors in a local nursing home through visiting and singing for them!
Boston Rescue Mission: This ministry reaches those in need in downtown Boston, and we can help them share meals with those in need
30 Hour Famine: Who thought going 30 hours without food would be a good thing? This event is to raise funds and awareness for world hunger, while we spend a weekend together in fellowship, service, and worship.
